Dr. Roy is boarded in the interaction between natural therapies, drugs and radiation in a cancer population, and is one of approximately 75 fellows of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology practicing in the U.S. and Canada.

As a specialist in complementary care in oncology, Roy co-manages dose-limiting side effects of chemo and radiation and optimizes surgical outcomes using natural therapies that are safe and clinically evidenced.

Dr. March helps you lose weight and gain energy by using the power of your fork. She understands how critical nutrition is to you living your best life.

She recognizes that the internet is swimming with advice about nutrition & natural supplements. In a world where everyone is an expert, it is difficult to know: what actually works? What is safe?

Dr. March designs individualized plans based on your health history and your nutrient needs so that you can take control of your health, feel empowered, and live well.

She earned her doctorate in natural medicine at Bastyr University, San Diego. She specializes in using nutrition to fight chronic diseases like autoimmune disease and cancer.


Patrece M. Lucas,  MS, LLPC Therapist


Patrece is a licensed mental health counselor specializing in grief and bereavement, self esteem and body image, cultural sensitivity, diversity and inclusion, wellness coaching and social group counseling. She is the founder of Indigo Transitions PLLC and the social advocacy program, Coffee with a Counselor. Associates of Integrative Medicine has partnered with Indigo Transitions and is excited to bring Patrece's unique approach to our patients. 


Ruth has worked in various roles within Oncology Services for over 30 years at Beaumont Health System, Royal Oak. She has served as educator, research coordinator, advisor, volunteer, counselor and advocate to hospital staff, cancer patients and their families.

Sarah Burrell, Administrative lead


Sarah realized early on, a commitment to health and wellness. Following her pre medical studies at Wayne State University, she chose to work in all aspects of medical administration with a focus on pediatrics and psychology. She was recently recruited to Associates of Integrative Medicine because of her team centered approach. "I love seeing patients making the changes to improve their lifestyle. What impresses me the most about Associates of Integrative Medicine is that everyone here seems to be so invested in the patients' wellbeing. It makes me feel good at the end of the day to be a small part of their success." Sarah joins us as our front desk lead and office manager. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family and her dog!

Diana Turner, Administrative Support


Diana is grateful to be a member of the AIM Team. She is a full time mom and a part time actor, singer, and administrator.  She is a staff singer at Christ Church Cranbrook, a backup singer in the Pink Floyd tribute band: In The Flesh Detroit, was recently nominated for a Wilde Award for her portrayal of Mama Rose in the musical “Gypsy”, and has performed in recitals, concerts, and theatres all over the Metro-Detroit area. Diana works for us as an administrative admin, scheduler, file clerk and all around Jill-of-all-trades! She would like to thank Dr. Roy for giving her the opportunity to work from home so she can focus on her family.
